We had to get an elevation certificate to submit with our application to FEMA for our request to get the flood map changed. Mr. Campbell was very helpful in guiding me through the application process. I submitted the application myself, but Mr. Campbell can do it for you for a fee. They went above and beyond to help get me the documents I needed. And I was able to get our home taken out of a high risk flood zone on the FEMA map.

Paid $8,000 for survey in court case. Campbell failed to follow Cooley Rule in surveyor manual. Survey was invalid. Talks a convincing game, but was proven wrong in court. Successor, Carnahan Proctor, arrogantly failed to correct his work.

This company has seriously gone downhill! We have been waiting over a month to get a tree survey done. We have more than once been promised a call or expected the surveyor to show up, and not had either happen. Very poor customer service.
