Dr. Patel and his staff are very professional and very accommodating to my needs. I'm always overly anxious during dental procedures and never have I felt like I'm a bother to Dr. Patel or his team. Paola and Dr. Patel always take the time help me through my anxiousness. Needless to say I'm always satisfied and happy with my treatments.
Dr. Patel was raised in Houston, TX and attended Houston Baptist University where he received his degree in Biology and Chemistry. He went on to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Dr. Patel is known by his patients for his comforting demeanor and gentle touch.
Dr. Hamidi is a dental specialist whose passion is to help people smile. Dr. Hamidi is proud to be a periodontist, a dental specialist with expertise in dental implants, the management of gum disease and periodontal plastic surgery. Super friendly staff and amazingly clean and modern office/equipment. They've done all of their COVID-19 precautions very well with everyone wearing masks, sterilizing all surfaces, and limiting contact where possible. My dental hygienist Carrie was extremely bright and happy and it made my visit very enjoyable. Dr. Patel was also very pleasant and caring.

I'm so glad I found this dentist office! If you're looking for a clean and welcoming environment, this is the place. Dental Concepts has appointments available for anyone and (mostly) anytime. Not only does Dr. Patel treat your mouth, but he educates you and actually helps you to understand what's going on with your teeth. You will enjoy coming to the dentist after your first visit :)

They sent me to collections without me knowing what is going on! I'm very angry! I was their patient for about a year or two. Always paid in CASH! Never done payment plan or using credit card to take care of my bills. I quit going because of the pressure to get treatment! They even tried to contacted my husband to get me back in and we declined. And I recently check the details of my credit reports and found out about this! This is unethical for a health care provider doing fraudulent charges and claimed! Releasing patients information is a violation of HIPAA laws!

Too much pressure to get work that isn't necessarily needed. I started seeing a new dentist and indicated to him what my prior dentist told me and he almost fell out of his chair. They want your $$ and use scare tactics to get it.

I definitely recommend Dental Concepts. They have a really great staff here! I have been coming here over a year and my cleanings are always spot on and I even have the Six Month Smiles Braces that they offer and I am enjoying the results! They offer Lumineers and even teeth whitening as well. Great all around office if you’re looking for cosmetic work or general maintenance!

I'm giving it two stars because the place is clean and nice. But don't trust this book by its cover! Like the other reviews say, they team up on you and try to pressure you into multiple procedures. I went to other dentists and got a second AND third opinion just to be safe (they try to make it sound urgent and scare you into it) and both other dentists said my teeth were fine. If you value your time, go somewhere else, because they will try to keep you there and pressure you to get it done then and there.

I went to Dental Concepts because my regular dentist (over 20 years) did not offer the cosmetic procedure I sought. As a few of us stated, BE VERY CAREFUL. If you need some form of cosmetic dentistry, I would look elsewhere. After three hours and the "tag team" hard sell (almost $7k in procedures), I nope'd out of there.
Here's what stood out to me: It was never said I wasn't a good candidate for the cosmetic dentistry as-is. Multiple times I said "no" to any other procedure, but they pressed on. I was told there was periodontal disease, infections, and cavities

Wow what a place. Went to get a cleaning and they try to work me up for all types of stuff. Told me I periodontal disease and something like ten cavities.... I to the drive out to my old dentist, thinking I'm dying (was looking to change to someone closer to home when I went to Dental Concepts) and turns out I'm doing quite alright. Not ten cavities, but 2 and no gum disease either. This place was trying to do nothing but sell sell sell. Toothbrushes, mouth guards, gum treatments. They attack you all together and it really looks like they are all related to one another, to be honest

Dental Concepts is such an awesome office! I came to their office when I moved to the area and I had some very extensive work done. I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work I needed done but the entire office was extremely kind and helped me get through the entire process. Fast forward to almost 2 years later, they have been nothing but wonderful to me and they make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in their door. Very knowledgeable, professional, organized and friendly staff. Dr. Patel is awesome and this place is always clean and you can watch movies, if you want.
I also like that I can lay back in a chair for x-rays, instead of standing up with that heave vest on.
If you're in the Coppell, Irving, Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Farmers Branch area, you should definitely give Dental Concepts a try.

First I want to say that I have been a patient for 3 years and still think that it's rare when you walk inside a business and they know you by name and make you feel like you are really part of their family.
I love Dr. Patel, Nisha and their staff.
They are very professional and courteous.
Their office is modern and sharp. SO different than other places that I had gone in the past. They really care about their clean cut image.
And the service and customer care is great. I'll probably be a patience for life.

I really love Dr. Patel and his staff. I've been going there for about a year now and have no complaints. Going to the dentist has always made me nervous, so finding a group that I'm comfortable with really puts me at ease. The first time I went in, the woman that did my xrays and new patient cleaning really explained to be how to floss and showed me how my teeth needed to be cared for. I haven't seen that person there since, but it was greatly appreciated. I had, sadly, never been shown how to properly floss my teeth :(

Well, the first 2 hygienists were great but the recent one does not do the cleaning very nicely. Plus, this office is all about money and their policies are money-oriented and there is no customer service. This is probably first medical office I've seen where you pay 50% of the treatment fee in advance at the time of scheduling the appointment. Not just that, you have to pay ridiculous fees to get a copy of the x-rays for which you have already paid. I also checked the date of expiry on all the items in the so-called "gift-kit" and most of them were expired by atleast 6 months. I'm going to a new
