When i called to give them my new insurance I Never received a call back regarding my appointment. When my husband called regarding his insurance and mentioned my non call back, they canceled his appointment. The Dr is knowledgeable but the staff is very lacking. I won't be going back, even if the would take me.

A follow up on my first review. Dr. Daly refused to see me after being my go to Podiatrist. I have type two diabetes and I was having problems with my right foot. I returned to Dr. Daly to be examined for issues with my great toe. He refused to see me because he said the swelling in my great toe was from a motorcycle wreck that I had two weeks before seeing him. I explained to his office that the swelling was present well before I had the wreck. He still abandoned me. I went to an excellent doctor in Ocala and he said that he thought I had a bone infection in my toe. His diagnosis was correct.

Had an appointment with Dr. Daly it went fine but the front office demanded a co-pay which I advised I did not owe. Dr. Wife Ellen does the billing and she stated this is ridiculous demanding $53.00. She stated she has been billing medically for 30 yrs well I guess one learns something new every (day) pun intended, or did she know all along she was skimming?

Today 8/25/2021 I received my Blue Cross statement that clearly states patient does not owe anything. Blue Shield is informing them to mail me my check as I'm not spending my gas money to go anywhere near that office.

My question would

The front office along with Ellen Daly medical billing will shame you into paying a co-pay even when told I don't have a co-pay. Ellen (Dr's Wife) stated she did billing for 30 years. Well today I received my Blue Cross billing which is my secondary clearly showing I owe nothing. Blue Cross is instructing them to mail my co-pay back to me. I wonder how many patients have been overcharged with this Office.
The way they treat you like a second class citizen I can see why they have to skim er collect money when not owed and do they follow through with reimbursements . I know they will me for sure

I have no faith in Dr. Daly. Basically abandoned me when I was having real issues with my foot. Refused to x ray my foot because he suspected it was broken in an accident, even though it was swollen before the accident happened. His office is a true example of a non caring physician. Find yourself another podiatrist he cares not about his patients but about the Benjamins.

I am a school administrator here in Citrus County. Five years ago I was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes. It has greatly affected my feet. I have had a total of four surgeries, but thanks to Dr. Daly I am walking and able to perform all of my daily tasks. I see him an average of once every two weeks because of my issues. Every visit is a pleasure, from check-in, to the conversation with the doctor (he is very patient, kind, and explains everything very well - not rushed) - They have in-house x-rays, which lets us see my progress from visit to visit....and even the check-out process is easy and all

If possible, please do not allow Dr. Daly Edwards to take care of you or any of your loved ones. He is very incompetent as a medical doctor, has terrible bedside manners, shows no compassion/empathy towards patients/family members, is very rude/disrespectful and also provides false information regarding patiec, health conditions and patients' own personal wishes as far as healthcare choices. He is also a very dishonest and conniving individual and should not be practicing as an MD.

TL;DR - Good people, very honest and forthright doc. Insurance is recommended but you don't need a top-tier plan.
Staff was super nice. Dr Daly is now on my list of fav physicans. I had a minor in-office procedure - it went as well as it possibly could and follow-ups were covered under the operation cost. I can't speak for no-insurance, but he was covered under the most basic BCBS plan. To those complaining about the doctor's straightforwardness - I find it quite refreshing. He was very professional, explained clearly what was going on, what the procedure would entail, and answered all my questions

My Dr. Has been dr. Daily over the last year I have been to him 3 or 4 times . The last time I saw him he told if you have any more issues just call the office and they would get me in right away. So today 1/7/19 I told the operator that I was a current patient gave my name and
She came back to say oh! We. NO longer take "cash" customers. I said no debit or credit card or just cash? Just like that I was dumped as a customer because I pay with AMERICAN CURRENCY!. and then 2to 4 weeks to get my records. So I ask if I came in could they hand them over she says no you have to fill out a request from

I went to have an ingrown toenail removed from my toe and there was already an infection in that toe...a month went by after some post op visits and my toe was getting worse. When he saw me again, he dismissed my infected toe and said it looked good but he’d give me more antiobtiocs. This all happened in July and Now it’s Sept. and I’ve been on constant antibiotics for 2 months since then, he’s had to remove my entire toenail..it’s still infected and he said that it was a routine ingrown toenail....does that sound routine to you??? I’m so upset that he doesn’t pay attention to his
