Services
Whatever your Southeast Texas-based business requires, we work hard to find the right solutions and pair you with the right services. We take time to listen to your specific circumstances and understand your business because one-size-fits-all answers don't fit you. A native of East Texas, Amanda is no stranger to the financial services industry.
Sal Guerrero, Vice President Wealth Management, joined Education First in 2003. Sal has lived in southeast Texas his entire life, where he attended Monsignor Kelly High School and Lamar University. He has been in the financial services industry since 2001. In 2008, Sal earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
The institution you know and love as Education First Federal Credit Union began humbly by a group of like-minded teachers in Beaumont, Texas. We've grown tremendously in the ensuing decades while maintaining our commitment to uplifting members like you. For a decade, the credit union operated out of Mr. H.D. Peavy's classroom while he served as president and treasurer.
Our business hours? All day and all of the night. That's the convenience Southeast Texans get with Education First's Online Banking and Bill Pay. There's no need to visit a branch or use the mail to manage your money, deposit a paycheck or pay your bills. Instead, you can just logon to a computer or download our mobile app.
Maybe you had a busy day and didn't have time to visit one of our branches in Texas. Or maybe you had a lazy day and just forgot about your banking chores. Anyhow, now it's late at night - or early morning, or anytime on the weekend - and you really need to make a loan payment or transfer money. Just call our iTalk phone banking service at 800-765-3770 and we'll make it easy for you to do your banking by phone.
