We offer a variety of classes for children from 6 week old infants through five year olds. We also provide exceptional aftercare for local elementary school students. Free VPK is also available for qualified students. Surfside Academy has live video of your child streamed to the front office. As a parent of the school, you are able to watch your child in the front office at any time.

Services
Surfside Academy prides itself on offering the absolute best experience for its students. Led by strong directors and a team of education professionals, the school focuses on safety, security, academics and fun! Surfside Academy is accredited by the Accredited Professional Preschool Learning Environment (APPLE), which is a national early learning program accreditation under the Florida Association of Childcare Managers (FACCM).
We welcome you to tour the school at any time. Our administrators are always ready to discuss your needs and the school program. We are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The school is busiest from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM for drop off and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with many parents picking up their children after work.
Surfside Academy is now offering public school elementary students the opportunity to complete their virtual learning at the Surfside Academy facility. We are following CDC guidelines to provide a healthy, sanitized environment. Students will be placed in a socially distanced environment and teachers will be available to help with online curriculum.
Surfside Academy is dedicated to keeping its families, faculty and staff safe during the pandemic. We are also committed to helping the community pull together during this difficult time. We are open and available for parents interested in preschool or camp. We are following the CDC guidance. We are also escorting students to their rooms, reducing the parent traffic in the school.
Our infant program is for children between 6 weeks old and 12 months old. We have several different classes based on the age range of the students. Overall, this program focuses on warmth and nurturing. Parents are asked to provide their ideal sleep, eating and play schedule for the youngest infants (between 6 weeks and 12 months old), so that we can provide customized daily care.

This daycare is wonderful. The teachers and staff are warm and caring. I loved the aspect that they speak a lot of spanish with the children. Unfortunately we are moving and my son was only there for 3 months but it was impressive to see that he could already count to 10 in spanish, know colors and sing spanish songs. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

Omgggg if I wrote what I really thought it would be be 4 pages lol. I love the energy here. I’m always happy to see Tiffany in the evenings and Ms. Ana in the mornings. Honestly all the ladies are wonderful but those two are my faveeee!!! Tiffany is always there to answer any of my questions (trust me I have a lot). My daughter is extremely happy at this school and these ladies make it happen!!!!!

My little man has been with Home Away From Home/ Surfside Academy since the age of 3 months. My son and I enjoy this school and Christy always takes great care of all her students and makes sure everything is ran properly and taken care of if anything happens. She has done my family a world of wonders! I highly recommend

It's never easy turning over your child to be cared for by someone else, but Surfside makes you as comfortable as you can be! The teachers there truly love and care about the kids. The facility is clean, the office staff is so friendly and they always greet all of the children by name. I would 100% recommend Surfside. I am so glad I found this facility!!

The very best school! My son had been there since he was three months old. The teachers are amazing and love the kids as their own. Christy,the Director is always doing fun, creative and educational activities for the kids and teachers. If you live in palm beach county, this is the school you want your kids in!

So we moved to WPB right before the pandemic hit and I must have looked at 10 different places before deciding on surfside academy . My little guy has been going there for the past 7 months in the infant room ( guppies) and I can say I know I made the right decision choosing surfside academy to care for him. They are all so caring and always have a smile on their faces. You can tell the staff is actually happy and enjoy working there. My little guy has a huge smile in the morning when we drop him off and is just as happy when we pick him up. Ms. Ana is great about talking with me as I ask questions

My son goes there since he was 1 year old, all the staff made me feel so warm and welcomed trough out this difficult process, specially Ms. Nancy. He is now 2.5 and his new teachers are so patient and caring as we go through Potty training 🙈 the daycare itself is very well maintained by Ms. Ann and Christie, we are always well informed, the place is always immaculate clean and with many activities and learning tools. I highly recommend Surfside Academy in West Palm Beach
