Kevin was absolutely wonderful! I'm so happy he had the parts that Theair conditioner needed to get repaired. I've hired companies before that need to go get the parts and the fact that he was prepared was awesome. He stuck around outside in the heat for a while to make sure he gave it enough time to confirm that it was fixed. Highly recommend this company!!!

I called JC refrigeration for a deep cleaning of my commercial ice maker. The phone representative answered promptly and I was able to get a quote and service appt over the phone without hassle. The technician Kevin arrived on time and he was professional and more importantly he did a great job. He cleaned and sanitized our commercial ice maker patiently and thoroughly. I am so happy I found JC refrigeration. They where able to service and repair my sub zero when no one else could. Before I found them I had another company come to repair my fridge since it had stopped cooling. The other company came out several times and and was unable to repair it and said "maybe it's to for a new fridge". So not being able to just go and buy another sub zero I figured to find someone else to look at it. Thats when I found JC Refrigeration. They dispatched Their techs and once they arrived was able to find the problem and insured me the fridge was worth saving

We've just had our refrigerator serviced by JC and hands down it was the best experience we've ever had. Their coordinator was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to set an appointment for us *same* *day*. The tech was clean and punctual and he did a great job on our refrigerator. Placed a call to have the seal changed on my 15yo Subzero. Manny was able to come out that week. A two hour window was given for the appointment. He arrived within the time frame and gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was en route.
Manny and a helper arrived and got right to work. They were both extremely polite and efficient. While one worked, the other fetched tools, cleaned parts, or took care of other business.
I feel they really went the extra mile for me. Manny showed me how to properly maintain the fridge, where to clean the coils and how to best access them, cleared a reservoir blockage

These folks are fantastic. Manny came to my house and fixed my sub z 642 this week and it's working great. 5 years ago we called jC Refrigeration because our Sub-Zero refrigerator was getting ice build-up in the refrigerator and freezer. We understood JC to be a recognized Sub-Zero repair company. After two repairs and almost $2000, the ice build-up continued to occur. Faced with more repair options from JC we decided we could live with the ice build-up. I had a technician from JC Refrigeration come out to check my ice maker and my wine cooler. He quoted for the ice maker part $495.00 for the part and $250.00 for labor. When he checked my wine cooler he said it would need to be taken in so he would have to bring an additional person with him to come and get it and that it would cost me an additional $95.00 for the additional person and it would be a minimum of $1200.00 to fix it.Then we had "Box Appliance" quote, They fixed the ice maker for $58.00 part and $171.00 labor for the wine cooler they will fix it for $695.00 maximum.
