Called and talked to Chris about my old Dyson Animal (13 years old). Said would be 3-5 days. Dropped it off that day and was told 5-7 days from the lady that wrote me up. Couple of hours later Chris said he has to oder parts and he could guarantee how long it would.
3 hours later he called and said he found the parts and my vacuum was ready. 3-5 days turned into 3-5 hours! When I went to pick it up lady was surprised to see me.
Highly recommend this place!!

Awesome customer service. Held my dream embroidery machine (Stellaire) for me for a month while I was waiting on a payment to come through. Polite, respectful, and helpful! Extended the manufacturer’s warranty to 3 years at the shop! So happy with my machine and it runs like a dream. The best part is knowing that I can easily call them for repairs if needed. I saw them fix a machine in half an hour for another customer while I was there! I highly recommend this sewing shop!

Oryan (owner) and Barb (manager) are of the nicest/highest quality of people! They went above and beyond to take care of our vacuum needs. I cannot say enough great things about these two. From their knowledge to their patience in getting us the right deal/vacuum, they answered our questions and set us up with another excellent Riccar. This brand is the best and it's made in the USA. OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys!!! They are so helpful, friendly and professional. They just completely saved me! I have an intense sewing deadline for costumes for my dance students upcoming video performance, and my machine needed an urgent repair, and they saved me! With the pandemic hitting Boise so hard right now, we can all use some extra beauty and treats in our life, so this wasn't only important for me but for the whole school. Yand extra yay to James in the back! You the MAN!!! Also they are being careful about covid and I feet safe in their store. LOVE these guys!!!

Orion was extremely helpful when I called to tell him what I was looking for. In the midst of the pandemic when everyone was buying sewing machines, he advised me his inventory was low, but told me what he had in stock in the price range I was looking for. We drove to the store and he gave me a quick lesson on the machine I was considering and told me they would be re-starting their classes when it was safe to do so. Unlike some other dealers, he took the time to really listen to my needs and did not pressure me or attempt to influence my decision in any way. Very pleased with the service and also

What a wonderful experience I had today at Jones Sew and Vac. I brought in my sewing machine hoping it could be repaired. I was prepared to leave it with them. I was greeted on the spot by three competent and highly knowledgeable people. My machine was fixed in less than 15 minutes and ready for me to take home. I was "educated" about my machine and treated as if I were their only customer. How refreshing! Thank you for a very pleasant first visit. I will be back.

I recently purchased a vintage sewing machine at an estate sale but couldn't get the bobbin to work properly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and he had my problem diagnosed within a few minutes. I wasn't sure if I should leave it there for a full tune-up, but he thought it wasn't really necessary. Thank you for taking the time to look the machine over and give me an honest assessment - I thought it was in pretty good shape but could have been convinced otherwise since I am a sewing novice.

A wonderful family run business with a friendly knowledgeable staff and the best selection of vacuums and sewing machines and quilting machines in the Treasure Valley. I have used a Riccar Radiance vacuum for over a year now, and it is amazing, and made in America, and built to last. I can vacuum carpet with my Shark vacuum cleaner and get just as much or more dust and dog hair vacuumed up with Riccar, directly after vacuuming with the Shark. Jones Sew and Vac is definitely worth going down to check out and talking with Orion or Michelle. Always great deals down there and great inventory and project
