Services
Wearing good shoes can substantially enhance performance. Whether you are running, walking, or in the gym, a good shoe is a must. Injury caused by inappropriate shoes can needlessly derail you from your fitness or normal functioning. The ideal walking shoe should be stable from side to side, well-cushioned, and it should enable you to walk smoothly.
We start the fit process by getting to know you in order to recommend shoes that are best suited for you. We will ask you some questions to build your profile. We conduct a walk/jog analysis. This is where one our of trained fit experts will watch and record you walk or run barefoot on a treadmill and on the ground in order to analyze what your feet are doing while you are moving.
Gait is the way in which we move our whole body from one point to another. This is done by walking, running, etc. Gait analysis is a method used to assess the way we walk or run to highlight biomechanical abnormalities.

The Body Mechanics (biomechanics) Connection: If your body's joints are in proper alignment in their neutral position, your body will be able to use it's maximum strength, agility and endurance with minimal risk of strain or injury.If your movements include compensations (and most of us do), gait analysis can pinpoint areas in the body where they may be occuring.
MEDICAL NIGHTS are an opportunity for our customers to visit with local physical therapists, sports medicine doctors, podiatrists, chiropractors, massage and acupuncture practitioners in the store. Come and find out about injury prevention, training and medical issues and more. These events will be casual question and answer sessions - not to be mistaken for office visits.
Running is a skill and it demands that you bring certain physical attributes and skills to the table. Runner's can develop habits and movement skills that need to be cleaned up. We can trace many injuries back to lacking one or more physical attributes. If all you do is run, you could be heading down the wrong path.

Not open, no sign to tell what it is or hours they are open , tryed to call, no answer. Dark like no one was home. The time was 1045 AM. Very bad way to run a business.

I would like to give them 5 stars but selection and pricing leave a bit to be desired. I don't think this is their fault they are trying to serve a fairly small market.

I was helped out by Whitney and she did spectacular! It was my first time there and she made the experience smooth and fun! The shoes feel amazing and I'll definately be coming back once these eventually wear out, but as well for the customer service!

I was tired of running in the same old Nikes when I decided to drop by this store. I dont regret the money I spent on my two pairs of shoes because they are the best shoe I have ever worn.

Amazing store!! They have a great selection of shoes & inserts & running gear. They also offer custom shoe fittings specific to how you walk/run/stand, which is perfect if you're doing any kind of moderate running/walking. The staff were super helpful and friendly and BEST OF ALL, their prices basically reflect amazon so you aren't getting upcharged an arm and a leg like most running stores I've been to. Needless to say I was a VERY satisfied customer leaving that store. Would recommend
