Bridge and Foundation Block - Can be used in retaining walls, terracing, sea walls, hillsides and slope stabilization, bench material columns, and entry posts. Better and longer lasting substitute than concrete products. Standard Curb - The standard curb can also be used for antique paving, walkway treatments, archway posts, signage material, and permanent slope retention material.
We at Olde New England Granite are pleased to announce the addition of our brand new 300 ton "Hydrasplit" stone splitter. Its ability to quickly and consistently split stone 5' wide and 26" high will allow us to create several new products "in house" and help us to expand our already unique product line.
Encouraged by their parents Bill and Edith Reed, 2 young entrepreneurs - 12 year old Wes and 10 year old Biz (aka "The Reed Boys") delivered newspapers, mowed lawns, cleaned yards and shoveled snow in their neighborhood. By the mid 60s the boys purchased a trailer to haul equipment and Bill bought a station wagon to tow it.
