I spent my entire uniform allowance with this company a month ago. Their supposed shipper lets it Sit for weeks. I called about the order and was told it has to sit with no tracking for 3 weeks before they ship it again. I called again and they are closed even though the recording says they should be open. I am going to try and call the credit card company and see if they will get my money back. Wish I would have read the reviews on this one!!

Awful service.
They sent the wrong size, and ship their items parcel select, so you have to provide postage for all returns.
Then they tell you over the phone that they’ll provide a return label for you, and just dont give you one.
Then they blacklist your number so you can no longer contact them.
They tell you there’s a call back service, but it’s been days now, and I’ve called every day. No one answers, and no one calls back.
I’m telling all my coworkers to spend their money elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lost my order and have no intention of finding it. Yes, they use Pitney Bowes, labeled as a 'consolidated shipper'. Please note that Pitney Bowes IS NOT a shipper. No Tracking info will or can be provided since there isn't any. If I could give this alleged company a zero that would be generous. When they lose the package they will tell you to wait a month from the time you ordered before you are permitted to put in a lost claim. Unless you can afford to have your Uniform allowance floating around in the Great Beyond indefinitely you need to avoid this company

Do not order from here. They do not ship with USPS, instead they use a company called pitney bowes that uses USPS as their “last mile” for delivery. Its taken almost 2 weeks for my uniforms to arrive. If they shipped with USPS from the start the package would of been here in 3 days. All this after being on back order for over 2 months.
Update : its been 3 weeks and still no uniforms. Usps hasnt even received the package yet. Customer service says there is nothing they will do. Just have to sit and wait and they refuse to mail another package even after i said i would pay for the usps priority
