Donald Robinson retired in 1991 and Michael in 1994. In May of 2014, Garry has retired from the store and became a Hardware Consultant. Bill and Judd had the opportunity to expand their business in 2015 with a Rental Department and Outdoor Power Equipment at 1890 Western Ave (next to the Hardware Store).

This feedback is about a super fantastic experience i had with my local Robinson's Ace Hardware located in Guilderland, NY with Rob (store manager) and Judd (president). I had a substantial issue with a piece of equipment ($400) i purchased two years ago - Rob spent months dealing with the manufacturer over and over. Although the manufacturer did not want to cooperate, Rob persisted and was able to get them to replace the product. He spent many hours throughout the entire summer season dealing with this headache. He went well above and beyond the standard call of duty here, all because he wanted

Called ahead to ask if they can service a push mower, the person on the line said yes. I then asked if I could drop it off that morning. Again, yes. Drive out to their shop, and was told I couldn’t drop it off, and that it was a 5-6 week wait to even get an estimate. When I asked to have them hold the mower (since they said they could take it earlier) I was finally told yes but that it would sit outside uncovered for a month and a half.
Not sure what kind of amateur hour management is going on, or why a shop doesn’t at least have a small car port building to cover people’s equipment, or
