Some chucklehead backed up into my new car and didn't leave a message. My insurance company referred me to these folks and I was very pleased with the experience. Dino took good care of me and was able to finish right in time with my expectations. The quality of the work is top notch and I'm very picky about such things. Communication was timely and helpful

We had uninsured motorist crash into our work truck in front of our house one evening.
We contacted our insurance company and they had The Body Shop in Simi Valley on their list of auto repair shops.
We called them and Dino was our first contact. He was extremely compassionate about our needing our work truck to be repaired as soon as possible. He gave us a completion date of seven days.
He had a skeleton crew but promised us that our truck would be done in the time he committed to. We were kept in constant contact with the ongoing repairs and any questions or concerns. Our vehicle was completed

A few years ago I was rear ended and there was no real damage but a black scuff mark on my tail gate and I tried everything to get it out. I was driving by The Body Shop and figured I would stop and see what it would cost to get it fixed. I explained what I needed and Dino came out to take a look at it, he went back in came out with some kind of solution and towel and in a matter of a couple minutes it was gone! When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing!

Honest and friendly service and fair pricing! Had a rough estimate within 20 minutes and the final estimate the day after. They called Enterprise for me and they were there to pick me up within 5-10 minutes.
I got my car back a week later and it looked good as new! It was also sparkling clean inside and out! Dino and his crew are incredibly friendly and made things so much easier during a stressful time.

I took my car here after a fender bender in March 2021. The office manager was so tentative and really took the time to make sure i understood every step of my vehicle repair. You can tell the staff has many years experience dealing with insurance adjusters and they do everything possible to expedite the job to get you back in your car with out sacrificing the quality work they produce. The customer service is grade A and the work was impeccable! I will definitely use them for future repair needs.

They did such an amazing job on my car. I took my car there a few weeks ago after my accident. Recently got my Mercedes reared ended while parked .... so was referred to this body shop excited due to good review on there site . Spoke to lady who didn't mention her name that on the website that it mentions on sat 9-noon for estimates and drop off only so I was asking is it by appt only . Her tone of voice and how snappy she answered by saying I don't do weekends an it will be weeks Becasue I'm the only one doing estimates..... I said to my self wow really that's not now to approach a new customer by complaining and basically saying hey I don't have time for you .

Just picked up my truck from the Body Shop in Simi Valley and beyond happy with the work. Got the truck when promised and never thought I would say this but having the truck damaged was the best thing that happened in that I got it back looking even better than when it went in. They fixed EVERYTHING and made it look better than it did. I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado that I have taken great care of and they made it shine and even took out little dings that I had around the vehicle. I had rear damage and you can't tell anything ever happened and the lines are perfect. They detailed the truck
