Whether going straight to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to annul Wisconsin's same sex marriage ban or defending against robbery charges of a 300 year old Stradivarius violin valued at $5 million dollars or challenging shackling of innocent defendants at intake court or even defending Jeffrey Dahmer's last victim Tracy Edwards, attorney Paul Ksicinski practices cutting edge litigation.
You are needed because people in authority try to get away with things even when they know they are wrong. Kelly J., parent of a client. Did you know a person could be charged with murder in Wisconsin even if they didn't actually kill anyone? It's called felony murder and it is unconstitutional. Read here the FOX 11 news story about my constitutional challenge to this unfair law.

Bruce Vielmetti, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Published 8:18 a.m. You know a motion to suppress evidence was on the mark when the prosecutor doesn't even respond, but concedes the point and dismisses the charge.
That's what happened recently in the case of Rudy Aphay, after an arrest his attorneys say clearly violated U.S. Supreme Court guidelines about when police may "stop and frisk" someone, and illustrate why abuse of the practice disproportionately affecting minorities.Aphay, 32, was charged in June with possessing a gun as a felon and possessing methamphetamine.

You want an attorney who knows what people are thinking! Thank You for everything you did for my family, you were very professional from beginning to end, very heartfelt and understanding. You know the law inside and out and I never doubted my confidence in you. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney!
I endorse this lawyer. I have known Paul for many years, since he was a student of mine when I taught at Marquette Law School. Paul is an energetic and creative lawyer, who does good work and truly cares about his clients. Paul is able to see the "forest for the trees", and he is not afraid to assert constitutional principles to protect his clients' rights.

This challenge is based on, to use the words of former Governor Lee Dreyfus, the "fundamental Republican principle that government should have a very restricted involvement in people's private and personal lives."

A homicide prosecution requires a strong response, and it is not a road that you should travel alone. If you are facing homicide charges, you should make sure to consult an experienced criminal defense attorney like Paul Ksicinski. He will bring many years of experience defending Wisconsin residents from prosecution to protect your rights and aggressively fight the charges against you.

CCAP this guy, he has an extensive record. Wisconsin issued him a license, but he doesn't even follow the law himself. Untrustworthy, Unprofessional, Unorganized. He's been taking money his whole career from the poor. He works with the prosecution against you to manipulate you into a plea. Waukesha and Milwaukee county, he brags that he has had high profile cases, look at his actual record of WINS at trial. Hardly none. Don't look at plea deals, anyone can get a plea deal, even you without him.
