Quality Optical Service

Visiting from out of town and my wife had an eye issue. They saw her within 5 minutes of calling with no appointment. Other local businesses told us they couldn't see her until January. They took great care of her. They were so caring and went above and beyond. If we lived in Milwaukee this would be our new eye care business. Great reminder that there are still amazing people in this world. Thanks again!

This is an absolute jewel of an optical service. This is like no other place I've ever been to; the staff here actually take the time to recognize that you're a person with your own unique sets of quirks. Rather than feel like a faceless number on a bottom line, I felt like I was truly taken care of. It's such a great feeling.

I took in a pair of vintage 1950s
Bausch and Lomb glasses that was proving difficult to work on. Thanks to the owner and her son, they reassured me that the glasses would be in good hands. She was right and I'm thankful for them.

Quality Optical is hands down the best place to get your glasses in the entire city. The prices are beyond compare, far cheaper than any major retailer, and Penny and her staff are just excellent. I rarely, as in never, review businesses, but this one is special. A real gem.

After getting new frames and an eye exam from Quality Optical, I won't go anywhere else! Not only is the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, but their frames, eye exams, and lens replacement prices are significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the city. They also work at an extremely fast pace; they were able to change out my old lenses in less than a hour so that I wouldn't have to wear my less comfortable backup frames that I had purchased elsewhere. When I was still having trouble seeing a month later, they redid the exam and all of my lenses for free! I saved probably 50% purchasing lenses

For starters, their customer service is excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. This was my 1st visit, but you can tell by the way they interacted with other customers, that they wanted to create long lasting relationships instead of treating you like another number. On top of that the the exam was so reasonably priced. I don't have eye insurance and this was soooo affordable compared to some of Quality Optical's competitors in the area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience for a great price.
