Kami was super helpful and knowledgeable explaining the differences between machines, so that I could make an educated decision to purchase a machine that best fit my needs. I’m over the moon happy with my new Bernina 590 and will definitely be shopping at this store again. Thank you, Bernina of Omaha!

Bernina Omaha always has the items that I need, or can get them for me within a week or so. I own a B530 Swiss Red (which I bought used from this store a couple years ago), an 880 plus and a Q24 longarm. This store is very responsive, and they are willing to make a house call for the longarm. Recently I was searching for a table insert for the 530. The company which manufactured the table had gone out of business, but Bernina Omaha actually had this insert in storage. Win!!

I can always count on fast and helpful service when I come in. Today I stopped by and Linda helped me-- she did not disappoint! I had something wrong with my machine and I was worried I would have to leave it to be repaired, but she didn't hesitate to grab a tool and fix it! I so appreciate that the staff goes out of their way to help me and get me on my way quickly! Thanks so much for your help Linda!

The women who offered to answer my questions was very rude and seemed anxious to get me to leave so she could go back to whatever she was doing. Once i mentioned I own a singer she started talking over me and answering questions efore i was finished asking! I Will not be back here I would rather drive out to Joann's or Hobby Lobby next time I need something. Place was clean and well organized though.

I had a wonderful experience here and have been meaning to write a review because I’m a little surprised by the lower overall rating. I bought a used Bernina machine at an estate sale and wanted to have it serviced and purchase a couple small parts that were missing. I was greeted right away and the lady who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked questions. I also have to commend whoever worked on my machine, as they went out of their way to fix it in a way that would both be the most inexpensive to me but also keep the original integrity of the machine. I hope to be able to take

I took my machine in today for service and they told me it could be up tp 10 days, this was at 1:30 and all the way home I thought what am i going to do for 10 days? And lo and behold at 6:00 pm they called and said it was done and I could pick it up at anytime. I was stunned and very very happy! Deb was the lady that checked my machine in and her customer service was top of the line!
I will be sure to go back to them for service or even a new machine😄

I haven't been there for a couple of years, but while their service of my old machine was excellent, I thought it was a tad overpriced. And I wasn't given the warmest welcome once they found out I wasn't there to buy one of their spaceships. I'm looking elsewhere for sewing machine repair and maintenance.

In my opinion the women there are only friendly if you are in the market to spend a lot of money on a new machine. Was in the middle of trying to get some help with a small purchase and got blown off when another woman came in about classes. As I left I said thank you and no one looked up or responded. They need to take some lessons on communications and manners. Too bad this is the only Bernina store, otherwise I'd never go back,

I am a 30+ year quilter and have had several Bernina sewing machines. This shop offers terrific support for my hobby. They have beginning and advanced classes in a variety of sewing techniques with excellent teachers. Technical support and service on all the machines that they sell with reasonable prices. In my large circle of friends who use the services of this Bernina store, I have never heard a negative comment. It is service and support all the way.

I was very disappointed. This is the first time I have taken my Bernina to be serviced. It started out that I had to pay $10 more for the service because it was not purchased at their store. I was pleasantly surprised that they had it done so quickly, but when I went to picked it up I didn't open the case to check on it and got all the way home (17 miles) and realized they had given me someone else's machine. There was no compensation or apology given until I sent my husband in to exchange machines and he told them how upset I was. They said sorry. So then I take it home, we are out of
