"He's been in and out of meetings all day" is what they tell me when I try to call my agent. No response to emails, either. I have tried to contact my agent SEVERAL times since we moved out of state, and have had no luck canceling our policy.
Terrible customer service. They are fine when you're signing a check to begin coverage, but run for the hills when you want to cancel a policy. Reminds me of a bad gym membership. Gah!
** Update, I called and spoke with the secretary (again). After I got upset, she offered to email me the forms I needed for cancelation.
