We had our home listed once before with a different company. They used less furniture and cost twice as much and our house didn’t even sell. Eye 4 Design came in with fresh new ideas that made much more sense and were half the cost. They were responsive and extremely professional throughout the entire process. We finalized a deal a few days before our next bill was due and they promptly removed the furniture so we would not need to pay the next months rental fees. All in all great experience!

After 10 days of trying to sell our empty house (and listening to negative comments about simple issues) i called Cincinnati Home Stager and over the phone we devised a plan. She went to see my home on lockbox while i was out of state and provided her vision and in less that one week, i was set up with a beautiful, modern version of today's most desired home. Within 2 weeks, our home was showing at a rapid pace, 3 couples set 2nd showings and one bought our home. From Nov 13 when they set the stage to closing on December 20th - does it get any better than that?? Yes, professional and super responsive
