We built a large, beautiful gabled patio to sit relax and watch the ducks, fisherman and kayakers on the lake. Instead of the hustle, bustle and confined spaces of a traditional facility in town, Living Waters focused on creating a serene, inviting location nestled in the countryside but still close enough to area attractions like Frankenmuth and Birch Run.

Finishing in early 2020 Living Waters at Buell Lake is a modern Assisted Living Facility located in the peaceful, beautiful and conveniently located country side of Northern Genesee County. This Home sits overlooking Buell Lake and is within a 10 to 20 minute drive of Frankenmuth, Birch Run, Millington, Clio, Otisville, Vassar, Davison and the greater Flint Area.

My dad was admitted in the beginning of April 2021.
As a family we couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion that Living Waters staff gives to my dad daily. He has adjusted remarkably well to his new (home) and surroundings. The staff takes time with him and talks with him, meeting him where he is for that day. He enjoys visiting with the staff and other residents. It’s absolutely a family environment. I enjoy that he is safe and very well tended to, (he and his room are always clean) not because it’s their job, but rather the staff sincerely love these precious people. We like that

I have known this wonderful family for many of years. I've had the pleasure of working with 2 of the daughters, Kirsten and Nicole, in a long term care setting. They are THE most respectful, caring and loving individuals. This family will strive to meet your loved ones goals/needs while providing a safe, clean and home like environment. This family has put a lot of hard work into remodeling this building and always strive to be the best. They are also some of the most thoughtful and compassionate people I've had the pleasure of knowing. Rest assured, your family will only get the best treatment and care at Living Watere Buell Lake!
