Just called in to check on a part for a Dixie Chopper. I checked Dixie Chopper first for the part number and price. When I called to see if Holley Tractor had it in stock and check the price the parts person said they did and the price was $86.95. Dixie Chopper shows the retail price @ $58.19. I then asked do they not sell @ the Dixie Chopper retail price, he just said no they do not. Price inflation like this is why so many people are going to the internet to buy parts and many other items. Small things like this is whats keeping customers from walking through your doors...

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called the. up to see if I could match up a reverse thread bolt that I broke with one that they may have and because it was a Husqvarna they wouldn't even help me. They acted like Husqvarna came up with some magical measurement that no one else uses. They couldn't even bother to try and help me. I've always know they were poor, but this will be the last time I waste my time dealing w them!

Rude. No customer relationship skills.
I made my 4th and final trip into this facility yesterday.
1st trip (June 2020) - With my minimal experiences with tractors, I had questions about the tractor & implements I needed. This was going to be a large purchase and I didn't want to regret my purchase. Sales staff was too busy and didn't seem to want to take time to answer my questions. I ended up reaching out to the Orangeburg, SC dealership to help with my research. Now I'm ready to purchase.

Saw a ad on Facebook about a tractor with trailer package. I messaged Dan to ask if they are a dealer and about in interested in a package like posted, I was ignored twice! I call the next morning and spoke to someone in tractor sales and was told that they are sold out and he can’t help. No problem! What got me is that the gentleman decided to not help when I asked “can they get more inventory or do they know any time frame on new inventory” he simply said, “buddy, just call your local dealer.
There’s nothing i can do” I simply just wanted to be steered in the right direction.. best

I just visited holly tractor today. In a word: arrogance. If you need a stihl product, go to derrick equipment the john deere dealer across the street. They are a lot more customer oriented.

They’ve had our tractor for two weeks and when we called to check the status Jason was very rude! Still not been serviced but the customer service was horrible! We are paying you to do a service in a tractor that was purchased from Holly and to get treated that rude is beyond uncalled for! We will not be doing service there any more!! If it will take a couple of weeks to get in that’s ok just let us know ahead of time but to be treated like we are a problem!!! No that is unacceptable!

I can’t talk bad about there work however I can the customer service. Dropped Chain Saw off on November 11th to have it serviced and cleaned and sharpen chain. Called December 10th and the guy said there are 2 tickets ahead of yours. No problem it was thanksgiving so no worries. Go in December 22 guy at the counter was there asked how my saw was coming along he looks threw his paperwork says your 2 tickets out shouldn’t be much longer. Do Huh? So guess my point is this isn’t away you so business in my option. Piss poor and they didn’t even care or try to make me feel welcome. Will not be

I should have read the ‘customer service’ reviews before visiting. Holley Tractor & Equipment is the last place you should go if you want to feel good about yourself or your purchase.
