Very disorganized. No training . Sporadic project work. And no room for growth . Leadership isn’t fully engaged on what’s going on.
No teams , no managers , no structure , but expect you to follow certain metrics that change when the managers decide they want to . Company has been around for 5 years and there is not a clear or working ATS system .

Hub Recruiting is a great place to work! The business model is not a typical staffing model and the environment here, that has been created by the owners, is excellent. They have a great product and service to offer their clients and are very successful with helping their clients grow. The owners are very engaged with the employees and have created a very warm and collaborative culture.

By far the worst recruiting group I've ever had to "work" with. Completely disorganized and poor (no) communication. They harassed my references and myself, continued to check my references after I made it clear I did not want to engage with them and referred to me as "a deal that they need to get done" on calls with them more than once. I wish I had known how unprofessional they were before wasting my colleagues' -
and my - time. Avoid at all costs.
