Very knowledgeable! Hearing test was easy, and results gone over. Expert advice and help choosing the correct hearing aids.
Several follow-up visits for fine tuning the aids, as I adjusted to being able to hear more clearly, and my brain also adjusted to no tinnitus while having the hearing aids in.
No tinnitus and being able to hear normal speaking levels again are priceless!

I recently purchased my second pair of hearing aides at Next Generation. My natural hearing in each ear had worsened substantially since my first purchase about 4 years ago. I also wanted to purchase new ones with Bluetooth capability to help with telephone conversations. Mike and Heather were/are great to work with. I highly recommend this place of business !
