SmartLegalForms, Inc. earns a 5 Star rating overall from me. Although initially there were a few problems...After ordering they were uncontactable by their phone even though prior to ordering they claimed that I could during their normal business hours. Also they did not respond via of their other contact info, including email or messaging. So, I tried to cancel, using the cancel button they provided, but it just sent me to a dead link! So I wasn't able to get my order on time, costing me a lot.
