Jay for Surge is a Shyster! He came in to “fix” the water softener and had absolutely no effect. He charged extra for “sanitizing” the brine tank and doing some other useless things. Unfortunately, trusted him so I was working upstairs while he “fixed” downstairs. The final bill was $369! After we tested the water it was obvious that he did absolutely nothing of value. When a real water softener technician from Peterson Salt & Water actually fixed the system, he said that the bypass valve was open, the settings were way off for what we needed and that there was a part that needed to
