Last year I wrote the following 5-star review: "The doctor and staff are competent and sincere. I am happy with service I received. Ms Christine Spracklin, the registered dental hygienist, has done an excellent job of keeping my teeth and gum in great shape." Seems good reviews feedback may help the businesses to get more clients but doesn't translate to continued good service to existing clients. I got a terrible periodontal cleaning service on 1-11-2022 by a temp dental hygienist, who did the work even though my appointment was with Ms. Christine who was there but working on someone else. The folks at Torrey Hills Periodontal are absolutely amazing! Dr. Hunt is both highly skilled and knowledgeable, and the office is very well run with friendly staff. Dr. Hunt is the absolute best doctor with the greatest team! I travel from Los Angeles just to be seen by him. The office is super nice and the staff is absolutely incredible.
I had a gum grafting experience done at an office in Los Angeles and it was not done well. I was pretty sad but then I was given hope when I was told to see Dr.Hunt. Dr.Hunt immediately took care of the issue and I was blown away by how fast he took care my gums.
Whenever I wanted to be seen even for a quick look during the healing process, his staff made time for me to see the doctor.

Dr. Brad Hunt is a kind and compassionate professional, who is a competent periodontist. I have had several dental implants and all were successfully restored. Some of my teeth have been complicated, due to bone loss, but Dr. Hunt has been able to manage the complexities for a positive outcome.

Dr. Hunt and staff have made a completely safe office environment. They have every detail from the time you get called in parking, questionnaire and temp in lobby to when taken to room. Once there they explain the new air filtering system added, how room and equipment is clean and how after each patient they scrub down room and change uniforms. Dr. has his patients and staff in complete safe conditions. A lot of research and expense has been done. This should be the model for hospitals and everyone in medical field
