A hardworking stay at home mom, Kristen opened a craft business while raising her 4 girls. As the girls entered school this business grew into larger more professional offerings. Fast forward to 2019 and Kristen has expanded her original business to 4 separate product lines and she was ready for employees.
Most services can be done mobile for your convenience. This means while you are at work or the gym we can get you taken care of without interrupting your busy day. We also have a shop located by the University of Louisville with a key drop. This allows us to install your glass rain, snow or shine. From jeeps to corvettes everyone has had some form of road debris cause a chip or crack at some point.
In KY if you have comprehensive insurance you have a zero deductible for any broken glass in your car. This includes rock chips or cracked/shattered windows. If you have insurance outside of KY then you may have coverage but your deductible may be more than the cash price to fix your window. We can help you figure this out.
We have always worn gloves when using the chemicals to install your glass (Urethane & Primer) to keep from contaminating them. We now put gloves on before we get in your car. These are fresh gloves for every job and this keeps us from contaminating cars. As a secondary step we have equipped our vans and shop with disinfectant wipes.

Insurance companies often contract with other companies to handle their glass repairs. Unfortunately, the company my insurance has contracted with also owns a glass repair company. They of course always try to steer you towards their own company. In this case, they were going to make me wait almost a week to get my windshield replaced. They got my phone number and address wrong, and were rude as well. Enter AutoGlass Rehab. They got me in the same day, were courteous and prompt, and did the job in half the time that other companies were saying it would take them to do the work, and were just pleasant

I waited for almost 3 months for Safelite to get a windshield for my 2021 Corvette. I could never get them to give me an actual update on when the glass would be in. I switched it to AutoGlass Rehab and they also had an issue with the dealer getting the glass, but they followed up and switched dealers. After the switch they had the glass in 4 days and did a great job with the replacement. They let me know every step of the way what was going on. Super professional and you get taken care of unlike the big guy in the industry who just doesn't care. I would recommend them to anyone that needs glass

After waking up to a busted rear window 😣 These guys got me in quick and for half the price of the other big companies I had called and got a quote for. Professional and very friendly service, they did an amazing job on my new window. Will definitely be recommending to any one I come across. I cannot be happier with the service that AutoGlass Rehab provided. While they offer to come to you, I went to them because their location is incredibly convenient, being just off of Crittenden near Eastern Parkway. They were able to get my rear window ordered and delivered incredibly quickly and the installation itself was quicker than I had expected. Additionally, they charged me nearly half of what I had been quoted from other glass replacement businesses in town. I hope that I won’t ever need to replace or repair a car window again, but, if I do, I will absolutely go back to AutoGlass Rehab

The AutoGlass Rehab team replaced my windshield right before I moved from Louisville. A few days later, an issue came up with one of the side cosmetic trim pieces. When I contacted the AutoGlass Rehab team they took ownership of the issue and were very responsive to fixing it, with texts flowing back and forth long after business hours. They exhibited very strong customer support and service when an issue arose; I cannot say enough about the positive experience and their desire to make it right. Highly recommend.

This shop did a great from from first contact through the repair. My wife seems to attract rocks on the highway... :( And, we live in IN instead of KY so it is a full price (or full deductible) for the windshield replacement so we did have to pay out of pocket.
Contacted them Tuesday to get the estimate. And, worked with them to find a repair time/option that worked for my Wive's day off work Thursday. In order to shorten the time window she elected to go to their shop.

The staff at AutoGlass Rehab were amazing, the quality of service I recieved was impeccable. The team did everything they said they would. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and they pulled my vehicle right in and had it ready to go in less than an hour. Not to mention the great price they offer for such awesome service. At a time of stress and frustration, Autoglass Rehab made our windshield replacement experience fun! From Johnny being extremely kind and knowledgeable with questions, not even pressuring me to buy from them but suggesting to read the reviews about other big-named windshield replacement companies, to Pretty Ricky installing the windshield with care and professionalism, I was highly impressed with their service!

Best auto glass replacement experience you could have, start to finish! They are professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure you get the type of glass needed and even took it to the Mercedes dealer for my required calibration. Didn't even have to leave work.. and it was all done in less than 3 hours. I will never call another company but AutoGlass Rehab!

I had noticed that a crack in my windshield spread and got larger than a dollar bill. On Monday I called my car insurance company (yay for windshield replacement being free in KY) and after the claim process I was on the line with Rick at AutoGlass Rehab. My fiance recommended that I go with AutoGlass Rehab for the repair and I'm all about supporting local businesses.
After Rick received the information from my insurance company and located the glass for my car he called me back to schedule the appointment. They were able to replace my windshield on Tuesday but Wednesday worked better
