Excellent service! All of the Bluewater staff that came to our house were very professional and the nicest group of people one could have. Fast, efficient and extremely great at what they do. They did excellent work and got my home back to normal after a water heater leak.

I had the week from with a call from the renters that there was no TV, the washing machine had no hot water, the microwave and coffee maker were not working. I deal with all of that only to get a call a few days later that the septic had backed up into the house. Bluewater Restoration was out there within hours and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them both for their professionalism and the rapid response in my time of need. Thank you so much. You were great, but I hope I don't have to call you again.😍

This company is amazing! I called due to a massive water leak (we called it the flood of 2019) and within hours, they arrived to assess the damage. Next morning, they arrived with blowers and started the process of recreating a home for me. They were dependable and kept me "in the know" during the entire process. Huge shout-out to Tara the lead Project Manager. She is beyond GREAT. Since most of the time I was out of state, she sent pictures with updates. Another HUGE shout-out to the office staff who worked tirelessly with my insurance adjuster to keep him informed, too. Lastly, the sub-contractors

My husband & I highly recommend Bluewater Restoration as they made a very difficult situation for our family as easy as it possibly could be! They were a pleasure and joy to work with, local, honest, & efficient. Laurie & Tara took point with the insurance company, getting us what we needed to replace our damaged items and more... they fought for us! The staff answered all of our many, many, questions and someone was always there when we called. We feel as though they made our home, their home, and because of that I knew we were in good, experienced, hands! Bluewater was also extremely helpful
