Chad is a family man. He started his career in real estate when he and his wife were expecting their second child. He was essentially a stay-at-home dad during his boys' first years thanks to the flexible schedule it afforded him. Since 2005 Chad has devoted himself to helping people solve problems and achieve their real estate goals.
He has an insatiable curiosity about all things real estate, earning a broker's license and the industry designations of Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Agent to better serve his clients. I’ve worked with Chad on three real estate transactions - two purchases and a sale. My husband recently got a job in the UK, and we were suddenly faced with the challenge of selling our home in a very short time. We asked Chad for help, and he was right there. He is very professional and does a great job even when challenges arise during the selling process. But there is one thing that was very important for me. Chad understands that selling a house can be very emotional. Our house was our home, where we raised our children, where memories were made. It was more than money. It is hard to let go. Chad is someone who is not only business but who listens to the needs of his clients

When my husband and I were ready to build our new home we spoke to Chad about selling our first home. This was a tough decision to sell because we had so many memories of living there over the years. Chad was very understanding of our situation and offered his expertise with sensitivity. We were happy when he brought us competing offers soon after it went on the market and the home sold for above asking price. If anyone is thinking about selling their house or condo I recommend they talk to Chad. He is trustworthy, knows the market and is easy to work with.
