Aiken Inflatables is a small business that was recently started and is operated by a local college student attending the University of South Carolina in Aiken. Aiken Inflatables offers a money back guarantee on all deposits in the event of bad weather. Taking that extra worry away from the already stressful party planning.
He was a pleasure to work with! My family and I love Aiken Inflatables! We have rented from Dakota twice and have had an awesome experience both times. Set up was a breeze! When our party was over Dakota cleaned up and left our yard the way it was before he came. We definitely recommend Aiken Inflatables!
Q: How soon should I book? A: We recommend reserving your party as soon as you are sure that is what you would like to do. The reason for this is only a deposit will ensure a units availability the day of the party. Q: Do I have to come to the store to see the units? A: To minimize overhead costs and pass those savings to our customers, we have decided not to invest in a "brick-and-mortar" location.

Great prices and great service! The owner went above & beyond to make sure we had a bouncy house in time for my son's birthday party! I even added tables and chairs last minute and he had his workers go out of their way to make sure we had those also! I definitely recommend this company and I will be calling them again for our next party 🙂

Dakota saved my son’s 13th birthday!! Due to weather conditions in Statesboro, I had to make a last minute decision to cancel the waterpark and have a backyard party instead at home. Despite such a last minutes request, Dakota informed of my options and delivered! I broke my phone the day of the party and he still ensured we got the slide and excepted communications through my son’s phone. My son and his friends had such a great time that when he came to pick up the slide the next day, the kids were back on it upon his arrival!! Dakota was very kindhearted and allowed them another day of play

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not a good one. I reserved a waterslide two weeks in advance of my event. The slide was to be delivered early on Saturday morning. It did not arrive until 6:00PM. I was told we could keep the slide until Monday since it was delivered so late, but the owner returned the next day (Sunday) at 2:15 to retrieve the waterslide. The children only had two hours on Saturday because of the late delivery and since I was told I could keep the slide until Monday, I invited the children back to enjoy the slide on Sunday to have a full day of enjoyment. I've rented from these guys two years in a row, and each time just gets more fun!! They are polite, prompt, and stick by what they say. Please remember that during peak rental time, they stay so busy that it may take a day for them to get back with you and finish setting up appointments, but they will never let you down. 🙂 I highly recommend them and can't wait to see what they get in next!!!

We rented the big 20 ft waterslide for my daughter's 13th birthday. Everyone had a blast. Aiken Inflatables is Awesome! They are very nice and professional. Dakota worked with us to work out a deal for a multiple day rental. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers! The slide was very clean and in great shape. The set up crew was on time and did a great job also. We will definitely be using Aiken Inflatables from now on.

My daughters first birthday just passed and We were not sure about doing a rental due to past situations with other companies. But aiken inflatables truely mad is change our minds they were beyond amazing. They were early for drop off and made accommodations on hand. Also the pickup was smooth and actually had the bounce house for an extra day. It was absolutely amazing. We will definitely continue using them for all 4 birthday parties a year. Rented the 22ft slide this past weekend. This was my first time renting an inflatable. Dealt with Victoria for setting up the rental. Then her and Dakota were the ones who delivered and picked it back up. Both were super nice and helpful. I feel they went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I highly recommend them. Next time I need an inflatable rental they will absolutely be the 1st ones I call.
