Excellent experience with My Insulation Guy. Jesse and his crew did everything he promised for the price he promised. He underestimated the square footage of our attic but only charged us what he quoted. We had a horrible smell coming out of the heating duct from the attic into our bedroom. They removed 3 large dead rats one of which was newly dead and located near the vent thus causing the putrid smell. They cleaned the entire attic, sanitized it, plugged all the holes where the critters were entering, put in new insulation and new ducts. It is so wonderful to not have that horrible smell any

This are by far the best insulation company in the Riverside County Area. The prices are very reasonable, arrived on time and finished the project as scheduled. They also keep the work area very clean, not only after they are done working, but during.
I use to have batt insulation and had them remove, dispose, vacuum, sanitize, sealed any holes and blew in the new insulation. This dramatically changed the efficiency of my home. My heater use to run 3-4 hours on average. Ever since having the new insulation it's only running 30min to 1 hr every night.

Jesse and his crew ( Matt, Justin and Corry) did an amazing job in our house. I hired My Insulation Guy based off a recommendation from my mom to replace old insulation and air ducts. Not only did they replace the insulation and air ducts but they sealed off any openings we had and fixed a bathroom fan for my husband. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our attic was safe and clean for when we move in to the house. Top notch company. They came out and removed my old insulation and sanitized the attic. Came out after the new HVAC was installed to blow in the new insulation. There was an electrical issue in the attic and the crew did everything they could to trouble shoot it to help out. They went beyond their duty and was so professional about it. This is the only company I will use and highly recommend. Honest, reliable, professional and such a pleasure to work with.

Today we had Jesse and his amazing team, install R50 Attic insulation. Jesse was wonderful to work with, answered all my calls and questions promptly, and was able to schedule us very quickly.
His pricing is excellent and the process was easy with little disturbance.They vacuumed and really cleaned up afterwards, (which is rare I find).
Everyone followed Covid safety measures. I would definitely recommend “The Insulation guy” if you are looking to add insulation and save some money on your cooling costs and keep your rooms comfortable.

Jesse and his team did an awesome job of cleaning and rodent proofing my attic and replacing the duct work. From the moment I called Jesse, he listened to my needs and when I ask about cleaning ducts, he didn't offer that service but he said for a few hundred dollars more he could replace the entire duct system. He came out and did an inspection of our attic, provided us with a quote and a week later his crew came out on time, removed all of our old insulation, vacuumed, sealed the attic, took pictures of their work and cleaned up nicely. Jesse was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They were very thorough in their inspection and cleaning. After removing my insulation, they patched up all potential roof openings and holes where rodents could enter. We are completely satisfied with our new duct work and insulation. He was the only person who gave us an upfront (and reasonable) quote over the phone based on square footage. Every other company came to our house, gave us a quote, and tried to upsell us on their services. Jessie was great about communicating before, during, and after the job was complete. These guys were great! I initially thought I just needed insulation but they also let me know I needed new ducts and air seal as well so I feel so much more confident in the completed project! We went with the Radiant Barrier as well to block out the exterior heat from the sun when it hits our roof. We also replaced our air ducts as well they also sealed and cleaned everything well, Protecting us from rodents and animals! Thank You Jessie and Crew!

Hire a licensed contractor! The only DIY part about attic insulation is holding the hose while stuff shoots out everywhere. And if I did it, would be 3' deep in some parts and 3" in others. Jessie's crew sealed the attic floor--you can't just throw insulation over gaps--and installed baffles so the attic can breath. I went from R 0.5 to R 38 faster than you can say "hey My Insulation Guy!" The fellows were smart, worked fast, respectful of the house, and explained everything. Jesse and his crew are great. I called around and got several bids, their’s was by far the lowest. What impressed me most was the responsiveness and professionalism that Jesse showed throughout this process. He was straightforward and helpful. Today Anthony and crew arrived on time and commenced to drill, fill, patch and match paint with Swiss watch precision. They were courteous, forthcoming and cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell any work had been done. I’d give these guys 10 stars if that was possible. It is so rare to have this type of professional, responsive experience these days.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of going with Jesse and his great crew at My Insulation Guy to redo our attic. We discovered there were some rat droppings up there and got a handful of quotes from other companies. Jesse not only gave us the best price, but was incredibly responsive to all of my questions - and there were many. He was able to schedule us Thanksgiving week and did an exceptional job cleaning and rodent-proofing prior to blowing in new insulation.
