Typically don’t have a problem with Arrow, but if you’re not going to honor customers who show up before closing time then I think they should change the hours. I showed up at 11:55 on Saturday (closing at 12) with maybe 15 minutes of wire to unload and weigh. And he huffed and puffed about it.. so I just went to #1 scrap wire down the road who’s open until 2pm and gave them my business 🤷🏻 Maybe next time arrow

I spent a great deal of time searching around for a reputable scrap yard to get rid of some scrap metal that I had lying around my garage. I inquired with a couple of places- and was met by either a rude employee or unprofessional sales....that is until I emailed Arrow Scrap...I sent them a message on Monday and within the hour I received a message back from Joe. He was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous and provided me with all the information I needed for them to take my scrap brass- and at a price that was more than fair! Terrific operation, if you have any scrap metal like aluminum or copper bring it here and get cash. I replaced my pool heat exchanger which was copper. I almost threw it out to the curb. I brought it here an got a surprising amount of cash for it. Dont throw cash out to the curb. Go to their web page for what they accept.
