In 1883, founder, Andreas Hader opened Hader Solutions in Cheviot. When the company first started, Hader was installing coal furnaces in homes throughout Cincinnati from the back of his horse-drawn wagon. To be clear, I'll come back and change my rating if/when I work with Hader Solutions. That being said, I've had such a good experience with them that I felt strongly that I should come review them.

Brian and Dale came out to my house and assessed the situation that our home inspectors identified. I was pleased to hear that they remembered working on my house with the previous owners.
We are still in discussion on pricing and scope of work, but I just had to share that I've been very impressed

Several years ago, the very first time I called Hader due to my 65 year old boiler not firing up, they quickly responded in the middle of the night and resolved the issue first thing in the morning once they got ahold of an obscure part. They have been maintaining and servicing it ever since and they have it running like new. I appreciate this as it will be quite costly to replace it once it eventually dies. I also had them maintaining and servicing my 25 year old AC system. Again, the couple of times I had an issue with it they responded very quickly and resolved the issues immediately. That old

Hader replaced my AC unit after encountering I experienced some vandalism a while back. They were professional and fast, every part of the interaction was great. They have continued to maintain my HVAC, including the oil furnace ever since. Last night my AC stopped working, they came out this morning identified the part and replaced it under warranty. Overall, I have had no issues with Hader and their service has been consistently great for 6+ years!

These guys take care of my entire family and their offices. We are long term consistent customers.They are always super efficient. The last time we had a service call we had to replace a motor to the tune of 700 + dollars. It was an expensive component to the unit that's not inexpensive to replace. It's far better than replacing the entire unit. Just our luck, after replacing a fridge that croaked at Christmas.
Brandon, who came out to help us on a Saturday in the middle of the huge snow storm was awesome at explaining how to keep everything working until the motor could arrive
