We did a load for them at the end of January. We still have not recieved payment. We have tried to email and left multiple voicemails, But recieved NO ANSWER. I saw the owner said that they pay by triumph, yet we recieved NOTHING! Really unproffesional, the least you can do is answer the phone or call back. I would NOT recommend working with them.

We did a load back in April and still no payment. Patricia Vinson was the lady we worked with. She knew what was going on and kept lying that she will take care of it. The company is actually going thru a name change and is not out of money. I will stay on top and find out what this new company will be called. I got a hold of their insurance. Their insurance is called Great American INC. CO. If they owe you any money you guys can set a bond. I hope this was helpful for some of you carriers… advise not to do business with these people.

We delivered a load for them and they will not respond to emails or telephone calls for payment. We submitted all documents required through their pay system Triumph pay and they will not approve the documents for payment nor respond to triumph pay customer service request to approve. Bad business..
