I've only worked for the company for a couple months so far,and I must admit By far the best agency I have worked for in all of the 9+ years I've been doing this work! EVERYONE in the office is caring and very understanding! I have. Never worked for an agency that is so involved with the caregivers and clients! And they really do care,and try to meet everyone's needs! Upmost respect for everyone! They're stuck with me for the long run,I wouldn't trade this company for any other! U have a loved one? I worked here for four years left for a while and came back. The boss is the most generous sweet caring person that I’ve ever worked for. Used the service late 2014/2015. Company was highly recommended.Despite the challenging circumstances, staff did everything to meet our needs. Not only were they caring and compassionate, they even attended the memorial service of the person they cared for. Their staff and administrators are top notch and angels couldn't have been better. We highly recommend Home Care Assistance.

I would not trade this agency for the world. Caregivers are well-trained, always courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. They take excellent care of my husband who needs assistance with most activities of daily living. The agency makes every effort to ensure consistency of care by assigning the same two caregiver(s) to provide 8 to 10 hours of daily care over 7 days. The care manager makes frequent visits to our home to monitor and ensure ongoing quality of care. Agency personnel are highly responsive to my needs and the changing needs of my husband. The very best in home care! And above and beyond service. The person selected to care for my parents was the best possible match and she bonded immmefiately with them, as well as providing the best possible assistance and care. The manager provided timely and expert advice and information throughout our association as we became more and more in need of it, some of it unrelated to the home care responsibilities, but to do with elder issues. I would recommend them to anyone anytime with wholehearted enthusiasm and would be willing to speak with any prospective clients on their behalf.

Very personal agency making sure clients and caregivers are compatible. Highly experienced staff. Most important are their capabilities for compassion, honesty and reliability. Certainly there are many agency choices to ostensibly fill your needs.

I do not know how I would have handled all there is to handle without the help of home care assistance. They are professional and go beyond helping to make the client and entire family know that they have made the right choice using them. My dad has a new and different outlook and is making great progress. He adores the care staff and that makes me feel wonderful as his daughter.
