This group is amazing! Another pool service dropped us with the pool in a mess. Kendell’s came right in and found a horrendous algae bloom. They dropped everything to drain the pool and acid wash everything, then came back and fired it all on the 4th of July weekend!! I have had to text and call at all hours and I ALWAYS get a prompt and courteous response! Who does that anymore!! I just wish I could give more than 5 stars!! They are the best!!

Timely professional work. Good experience all around. They came out to Dammeron Valley to give my 30 plus year old heater and filter system the upgrade it so desperately needed. The seemed to go out of their way to make me happy. I was pleased with their work. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff.

After over 10 years with another pool company, we HAD to make a change! We felt really taken advantage of, so we called around and requested several estimates.
We are THRILLED with Kendall Pools!!!!! They are available to answer any questions; responsive with information; reasonable in price; prompt and willing to go the extra mile to solve problems.
I was there to see what had actually been going on with our former company.....and watched as the poor equipment maintenance started coming to light!!

Purchased home with neglected pool mainainence. My regular maintenance company had planned to media blast my tile and repair some loose ones but due to health and equipment issues had to back out. They recommended Kendell's who were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. It took more time than they planned but his crew were able to get the job done and now I'm ready to swim. Would I hire them again - Yes!

We’ve used this company for many years. Service has totally gone downhill, not even able to diagnose or fix simple issues. Most recently, They left our back wash on and left our house. Made excuses and never apologized about the possible damage to our pool equipment and huge water waste (pool drained two feet). I will admit my husband was frustrated with the many issues we’ve had these past few years and had a heated exchange with Kendall. My husband apologized later that same day about his outburst. Natalie Wild (Kendall’s wife),the owner of Kendall’s Pools, has left a one star review
