Chris and Alex were very friendly and professional. I thought I needed new wireless headphones for my SUV's DVD, but they showed me how the ones I have work. I'm very happy with the tint on my 2 front windows and the peace of mind knowing I have a lifetime warranty. They gave excellent customer service to patrons that walked in and called over the phone. I wrote a long post but then unfortunately accidentally deleted it and I just don't have the time to go through this again. It is unbelievable how polite these people were and yet had no clue at all about customer service. I have a Commercial fleet of over 20 vehicles and was prepared to give them all of this business. Yet after literally being asked to sit in the corner on a bar stool while he assists another customer that came in 15 minutes after me, and then he took a quick look at at an Insignificant part of my project about moving a simple aftermarket light switch on the dashboard And without

Went to Best Buy first for replacement speakers in my truck. Couldn’t find anyone no prices displayed and the speakers weren’t working to demo. I bought them anyways. I then went to Mobile one the next day, walked in got greeted was told my options for me, demoed them compared prices and was out with my new speakers in 5 minutes.
