Excellent customer service is how I will start. My wife and I came in to look for our first Buggy. The only problem was our daughter was asleep in the truck. Mr wheeler and all of the staff took the time to show us each buggy while the other sat in the truck. We decided what we wanted and they stayed late on a Saturday to make the deal. Thanks to everyone at Outpost Power sports in Silsbee, Texas!!! We have the perfect buggy for our family!!!!

The man at his desk apparently didn't think I was serious about buying. He didn't even bother standing up then, he proceeded to take a phone call. I walked out and they didn't care. I won't be back. I called my husband and told him not to bother going by after work.
Lost our business.
In case they care enough to read this post; we went to Orange that weekend and bought a brand new 2020 Honda side by side. Yep the extra wide one. They could have had our business.
