Love Teresa, Joan, Chico and Israel! They arrived so determined to work that they were not deterred when they discovered the water pump was turned off. Instead, they went to the neighbors and kindly asked to borrow some. They filled up trash cans and took back to the job site. Now, that’s impressive! Even more so, was Teresa cleaning the neighbors deck for free as a thank you.

Crew was friendly and hard working, but they made a number of mistakes:
cleaning equipment in my yard killing grass, over-spraying stain on plantings around the house (killing plants), not covering concrete patio completely and leaving stain marks, smashing rain chain when removing gutters, incomplete staining in a few spots, incomplete clean up and detailing. Much of this disappointment could have been avoided if the owner followed up on my numerous requests for them to come back and correct their mistakes. Unfortunately, my wife paid the balance of the agreed price before the work was completely

Called in January to get a quote, they seemed responsive but sent quote via snail mail claiming it wouldn't go through by email. I then asked some questions which took them a couple of weeks to answer. I then asked for proof of liability and workers compensation insurance. The owner claimed it would not go through email, and apparently couldn't just fax. I called the cell number and the office number on their brochure. No return phone calls and the office number is a recording stating disconnected. Not sure if they are not responding because they have no insurance but I would not allow them to

They were hired in March 2016 to stain our home and paint our trim. They did an okay job staining the home, but did not paint the trim and broke a piece of art in the process. I contacted them on April 11, 2106 about the trim and art. They said they would take care of the trim, but did not acknowledge the broken art. The trim is still not painted. I've reached out to them several times, and they have been very unresponsive. Now, I just want the refund they have promised but not delivered.
