I offer very fair pricing and friendly service. I've been serving the Alexandria MN area for more than 5 years and have helped hundreds of people with both businesses computer and networking and with their computers at home.

I haven't run into a problem that I couldn't solve yet! We offer both computer services and computer sales. It's common for computers to last a few years, then get slower as newer software demands more computing power. Computers also have a tendency to accumulate a lot of unneeded programs which also slows things down.

Steve does a great job every time I call. He is so helpful and takes the time to answer all of my questions. The best part is that he comes to my house and I don't have to haul my computer around and then try to get everything connected again once I get it home.

Outstanding!!! Steve works around our busy schedule and comes to the office and figures out what is wrong and how to fix it very quickly!
It is great to have access to a first rate IT guy, but I only need to pay when I have a problem! No monthly contract, just great service when it is needed.

Steve has been helping us with our computer issues for a number of years. He is always very prompt, explains what he finds and teaches as he goes to help prevent future problems. Steve at Quality Computer Services is the best! Wonderful fast service and he will explain everything in terms that are easy to understand. He was able to clear a Ransomware infection and save our data! I really like the flexible hours and the fact that Steve will pickup and drop-off the computer at a time that works for us. With everyone being so busy, it is nice to not worry about getting to a shop between 8-5.
