What an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent staff. I called and described the damage to a wheelchair I needed fixed. Sheri provided me with steps to get it evaluated and time estimates if parts needed to be ordered. When I arrived she immediately took wheelchair to Nick who fixed the issue and replaced the damaged part within 15 minutes. All at a reasonable price! Thanks to the Starr Medical Supply team for the help.

Came in January 4th 2021 to get new batteries for pronto M51 sure step ,they put them in and checked chair. They were very honest and professional I will be back for anything else I need. Thank you

I have had the pleasure of working with Lela, ATP Rehab Specialist, for several years now professionally & personally. Lela is one of he most personable, friendly, funny, dedicated people that I have ever met. She definitely goes above & beyond to ensure that the situation in hand is handled the best possible way. She offers suggestions, thinks outside the box, and always goes that extra mile. Thank you Lela for being so great at what you do.

I was wanting to rent a scooter for use at a convention. I called four months before the meeting. They couldn't confirm if they would have a scooter for rent and to check back closer to the time I needed it. It is now a month and a half before my meeting and still they can't promise anything. How can you advertise scooter rental when you can't rent one. Very poor business practice. False advertising and poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible

Wife paid cash for a boot for a broken toe about a year ago because they didnt accept our credit card...they apparently do now as they have charged my card..or someone has..at their store...card company notified of unauthorized use of card...

I won't recommend this business to my worst enemy. People who work there are unprofessional, uninformed and incapable to deliver. They provide plenty of excuses and no results. And when you give up on them their assistant manager Krystal Phillips is aggressive, rude and offensive.
