DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS TO THIS POORLY PUT TOGETHER COMPANY!!!
This all started Friday, two drivers arrived at my in laws, I live 8 minutes away. I have to knock twice on their window to wake them up to unload it. They unload it, don’t say two words. I mean customer service non existent. They get it set up and leave, me and my fiancé go through it and you guys it was DISGUSTING. I spoke with someone and she stated she would send her drivers back out to clean it at 7pm. They came, were not even there 15 minutes and left. Arkansas Bounce was great. They had so many things to choose from and the waterslide we chose made the party wonderful for kids and adults. Staff was very nice and helpful, too. We will definitely use them again!

We rented 2 bounce houses for a spring break party for my son and his friends. Management was very professional and very sweet and the delivery guys were on time and quick with the assembly and pick up. Will definitely do business there again! Best party ever!!!
