Called late at night after getting locked out of my car in a remote area. They came right away, were super quick, incredibly friendly and helpful (gave me some extra knowledge/recommendations about my key!), and VERY affordable. Never going to any other locksmith in Des Moines again!

Cletus of Mr. Lockout has the highest integrity, and is truly kind, almost to a fault. There are no games played, he will shoot you straight. Choosing a locksmith is most definitely a gamble, but Mr. Lockout is a sure shot.

So when I was searching up for people to unlock my door I called lots of places he's the only one that picked up. But then he told me he I had to wait longer because he was 20 min from where I was and an extra 10 because he was still in bed. So much for being 24 hours. Then he comes and he's struggling a bit. I go to pay and he gets in his car and sits there as I'm standing outside waiting for him to give me a Receipt. I then try your go but he makes me stay to give me his business card and pen. Which the pen doesn't even work. I didn't tip because I'm paying 50$ so
