Real Wood Floors refinished all my wood floors last year, and did an incredible job! The old floors were scratched, discolored and had different finishes throughout the house, but now they look brand new. They even replaced some flooring in the entryway and you would never be able to tell, it fits so perfectly. A year later and I'm still impressed with how good these floors look.

We had our existing kitchen wood floors re-finished and added wood flooring into the living room and hallways. Real Wood Floors was recommended to us by a friend so I called to get more information. Erika got back to me right away and got us scheduled for Jason to come out and get us an estimate. Jason helped us pick out what we wanted because to be honest I wasn't sure. He explained the process, products and care of the floors. His team was very professional. They actually finished before I had anticipated. Wood floors were a completely new concept to me having carpet & ceramic throughout my entire house. Jason was extremely patient while I was indecisive and went back and forth with different quotes. He even brought a sample out to my house. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive floor but just wanted me to be a happy customer. A happy customer I am! Once I finally made my decision, his crew was there within a week and the floors throughout my entire house were done in 2 days. They look remarkable. Holy moly. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. From the estimate to the scheduling, then the work itself - fantastic. We had our 21 year old "orange-y" oak floors refinished to a much darker/more modern finish, and it was affordable, only mildly inconvenient, and totally transformed our home. I can't say enough good things about Ken, our installer, who was prompt, courteous, and very good at what he does. The first morning he was scheduled to arrive at 8, and called to let me know he was running late - by only 5 minutes.

Jason installed 600 square feet of new hardwood floor in my 1915 living room in 2010, and restored a 1915 hardwood floor in a large bedroom, also in 2010. Then this year (2020), I called him to restore a hardwood floor in another bedroom. This time (since his business has expanded) he sent another man to do the work. . . All work has been done flawlessly, gorgeously, on schedule, and at a reasonable rate. They are great guys and completely trustworthy. You just need to be there to let them in; you can leave then, and they will lock up.

I have been slow to post my review, but felt the need to give a review. Had a project for replacing my carpet with hardwood floors. To match my other hardwoods, there is trim along the side to accent the flooring. One area in particular was going to be tricking because it is curved. Real Wood Floors did an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship is remarkable. They were on time, on budget and in constant communication. I cannot recommend a better hardwood flooring company in the area than Real Wood Flooring. They are remarkable at their craft.
