Gozzman works hard to ensure that all our products are printed to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately. Customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement, refund policy or returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any cases. The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
Given the large volume of orders now being redirected to fewer Print Providers, orders going through Print Provider Gozzman could be delayed by 9-13 business days. We are currently working on increasing production capacity to reduce the delays in order fulfillment and delivery to your customers.
