Alex was very thorough and attentive. Though my problem likely had to do with a recent update that occurred while I was out of the office, he still looked into all possible causes to get me back online and operating. Alex was polite and courteous, and made me feel as if my problem was a priority for him. I have encountered IT "support" with other companies before who were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful, especially regarding issues they deemed as non-emergencies. Not being able to access the server means I can't get my job done, and, to me and my employer, that IS an emergency. Providing great

Tyler fixed my issue immediately and was very kind and professional. In fact, I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next business day as I put the ticket in around 5:30 p.m. But Tyler called what seemed like right after I hit send and fixed my email issue right away!
