Services
Shipping: Most "in stock" orders are shipped within 2 days of receiveing your order and payment. Allow up to 2 weeks for special orders and out-of-stock items. We will contact you if this is necessary. During the busy holiday season we'll be able to serve you best if you order early. In Harmony Herbs strives to provide a reasonable shipping fee when you order an item.

Payments: In Harmony Herbs and Spices offers several methods of payments. For your convenience we take credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover through our site, via Paypal, or by phone. You can also pay by check or money order. We do not accept cash payments. Orders using check or money order will be shipped after we receive the payment.
If you pay by mail, be sure to include your name, shipping address and daytime phone number along with your payment. When ordering, please be as specific as possible as to the form of the herb, ie: c/s, pwd, wh, etc. If you are in the San Diego area, you can always stop by our shop where we will be happy to help you find what you need.
A tea is an extract made with hot or cold water. We make a tea by putting the herbs into water and letting them steep or simmer. Leaves and flowers, the soft plant parts, are steeped. Harder plant parts, such as most roots, barks and seeds, require simmering. There are exceptions to this rule. Plant parts that are highly aromatic are often steeped so as not to loose their important volatile oils.

What a charming little shop, with a super friendly and lovely young lady working there. This cute shop has a great variety of essential oils, organic dried herbs, crystals, and even a great book selection on herbs and nutrition. They also have a nice variety of herbal and CBD infused chocolate bars. Worth visiting!

Great little hidden shop in Ocean Beach, close to the pier, they have a nice selection of herbs and tinctures and other natural healing supplies, I wish they had many more stores like this all over San Diego .....Every person in San Diego should enjoy these places and give them business because these are the type of products that can really bring on healthy healing not running to a dumb doctor and getting ridiculous drugs that the body doesn't want, have you ever tried listening to the commercials on TV about drugs and all the side effects, it's completely absurd nobody should be using drugs unless

I love this shop! They stock THE BEST fresh white sage sprigs, which I use for energy clearings (and I always leave some with my clients). It's locally grown, harvested, and dried with loving care. The fragrance is intoxicating! This petite shop is a treasure trove of fresh herbs & spices, essential oils, crystals, and MUCH more! I highly recommend it!

Located in an adorable little space in Ocean Beach, In Harmony was one of the best Herb&Spice shops I have been to!
They have a wide variety of herbs, teas and cooking spices. Everything is immaculate and well displayed.
The owner is so pleasant and really knows her stuff! She gave me great insight and recommendations that absolutely fit my needs.
Everything here is organic and the teas I purchased have great flavor. I will be stopping by here many times in the near future!
