I love this place! The customer service is like none other. They have helped me out of a jam numerous times with my broken glasses. I can't see without them and even gave me a loaner pair for a special occasion. Glasses are expensive where ever you choose to go but the customer service is what keeps me going back. Dominick is awesome!

It doesn't get any better. I was with the same optical store for several years and switched to Integrity about 4 years ago. I have worked with Dominic from the start and have been very pleased. with everything he has done. Everything has always been done on a timely basis and at a fair price. Dominic always has your interest in mind, I will never go back to my old Optician even though it is much closer.

I was informed that my prescription had changed shortly before moving to a new city, and that my old prescription was the reason I was having headaches and issues with my vision. I needed a new pair of glasses right away.
I called Integrity Eye Associates right away and Domenick was incredibly helpful -- I came in on Tuesday afternoon and the glasses were delivered by Friday morning! I had called multiple other stores but no one else could ship my glasses this quickly.

Fantastic experience. I had not been able to wear contacts regularly for years due to my allergies and not being able to find the right fit for me. I spent $725.00 on a pair of glasses from this store before it was taken over by the current owner. The new owner promised to honor the warranty on the glasses. When I went in to have the scratched lenses replaced under warranty I was told I would have to leave my glasses there in order for them to honor the warranty. When I bought them I was told that the lense replacement, should it be neccessary, would happen while I wait. Who can leave their glasses for DAYS??? They can't do what they said they would and just shrugged it off. What a waste of money! I would never use or recommend this overpriced

Had my eyes checked at an Ophthalmologist and my prescription changed significantly, When Integrity made the glasses I was not able to use them as my vision was skewed. Domenick at Integrity suggested that I have their doctor check my eyes at no cost. The doctor at Integrity gave me a thorough exam and explained my situation very clearly. Domenick re-made the glasses with the new prescription and they were a major improvement. I am able to wear these glasses with no problem. I think Integrity, particularly Domenick, went over and above to ensure I had glasses that were right for me. I am very satisfied

If I could sum up my experience in 3 words: FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC !! I just love the vibe in this place! Dom knew exactly what I wanted and even more. Cheryl was courteous, engaging , and helpful. I bought 3 pairs of glasses today and I can't wait to rock the town with them !! Can't say enough good things about this place.
