Scaldino installed a French drain in my basement and did a great job. Johnny and his team were on time,respectful of my property, were on task for the two days it took to complete the job. They addressed a problem that was long standing and designed a solution that corrected it. It took ingenuity and craftsmanship which Johnny had as he did the job. At the completion the men cleaned the floor and collected any trash that was related to the job. I am very pleased with the results and working with the office staff and the sales department was always positive and professional.

I called to have my basement assessed after hurricane Ida. Their customer service was spot on. After they looked at my situation, they were honest and said that we did not need to spend the money! These folks could have done all kinds of expensive stuff and walked away. Their honestyand decency is valued beyond this review.

From front office team (shout out to Mariah) to the work crew, everyone was extremely understanding and professional. Nick's initial assessment was spot on and followed up with a thorough proposal. Despite Hurricane Ida, the work crew showed up on time the morning after the storm, cleared the water in my basement and immediately got to work. The team was able to complete everything within one day!

When I bought my house I had French drains put in by another company. Years later, had to have one replaced. Still different company. I now have 3 sumps - 2 in the crawl space and 1 in the living room. I don't know why, but I find sump a little gross and very intimidatingly so I called Scaldino. I wish I knew of them 20 years ago when I bought my house! I called a week or so before Ida hit, I wanted to make sure all the sumps are in good working order - 2 are at least 15 years old and I know they need to be replaced. I also know how expensive sumps are these days. Anthony came within the time frame

I chose Scaldino to install carbon fiber strapping in my basement after considering 2 of their competitors (1 bigger&1 smaller). The rep (Isaiah) was very knowledgeable and the price was just right based on other estimates. Things were organized on the back end as well (scheduling was very easy). They did not try to upsell me on anything like the competition & they even offer financing with great terms. The install crew was professional, courteous, clean and arrived on time. I work with a lot of contractors/tradesmen so good ones like this stand out. HIghly recommend from start to finish.

Just had my basement waterproofed by Scaldino. Can't say enough good things about them. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions we had and explained everything every step of the way. Once they were done, they left the basement looking cleaner then it was before they came in. The work they did is immaculate. They are worth every penny and more. Their prices are very reasonable especially compared to the market and the results they deliver.
