I've been with Dr. Franklin's office for several years. I had a telemedicine appointment with him this week. His staff made sure everything went smoothly, I got all my questions answered, and Dr. Franklin addressed all my concerns. His staff promptly sent out orders and referrals and scheduled a follow-up appointment. A great experience.

Dr. Franklin is amazing. As soon as I sent him a text about a pain in my leg, I received a phone call from his office wanting to schedule a visit in the afternoon of the same day. My husband and I moved to PG at the beginning of this year. It usually took us to get an appointment with our doctor before our move. We are very grateful that we have found Dr. Franklin who has provided us with such excellent services and shown tremendous care towards us.

Dr. Franklin is incredible and has been from day one. He takes the time to listen and get to the root of the problem. I have found him to be incredible knowledgeable, have a great investigative mind and ability to connect with me as the patient. It doesn’t stop there... His staff is also warm, friendly and efficient. I have gone many times to the vitamin shot bar and his staff go above and beyond expectations; creating a great experience from start to finish. I have referred a lot of people and have gotten the same feed from the people I have referred to Dr. Franklin, they all love him.

My primary care physician for 6+ years and he is caring and compassionate. Dr Franklin reviews annual labs with me to assure that I understand how this pertains to me as an individual and goes over suggested courses of action. I never feel I’m being rushed through my appointment. His staff is on point with service and professionalism. Peace of mind knowing I can always depend on him and his team for my healthcare needs.

Dr. Franklin was my doctor years ago when my husband was active duty and he was the first doctor I looked for when we came back to California. He is kind, caring and a great doctor! I love how he is more holistic and provides preventative care as well as overall care. He made sure I had an appointment with a top GYN doctor when I needed surgery. He was a big part of saving my life! I am so thankful to have a doctor who answers any questions I have and who carefully looks at my overall health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!
