Working with Troop PR was wonderful. The entire process took about 3 or 4 weeks and would have been faster if not for me. Pam helped me through the entire process and graciously fielded my questions for any concerns I had.

I have known the troop public relations team for quite some time and finally had the opportunity to hire them for a live stream video project that needed a higher level of professional support. On very short notice The Troop video team coordinated a live event in downtown DC with multiple cameras. The live video feed also incorporated use of an integrated MP4 video into the stream at the beginning of the event. A dry run one day prior to the event insured that everything went smoothly. I had Pamela help with some editing on an important video and she did a fantastic job! I had taken the video myself on my zoom account and the quality wasn't that great (I should have hired her from the beginning to film it instead of me) but she was still able to make it look great. I also loved the logo she added through out and the credits she added at the end. She was friendly and professional and I really enjoyed working with her and will look forward to using her for all my video needs in the future!

I used Pamela and Troop Public Relations for an important photography shoot. We needed to take photos on location in Annapolis for one of my sign projects. The lighting was bad on the day of the scheduled shoot. But Pamela did not let it stop her creativity. She was back out the next day and took great photos for my project. She got the photos submitted on time and my client loved them! I would recommend Pamela for anyone needing videography or photography in a heartbeat!

I absolutely praise Troop Public Relations for the exceptionally well created product by Pam in a timely manner for a great price. She researched requirements to film in the Washington D.C. area, made suggestions on where to film, and provided background footage vignettes on location throughout DC.
Additionally, Pam provided insight and suggestions for places, in the written speech, to incorporate additional stories and real-life work examples. This was monumental in the delivery of a great speech; as well as her music additions to the film.
