Cannon Falls Campground has beautiful seasonal sites for campers who enjoy all the amenities and activities we have to offer, from April through October. Our seasonal sites are full hookup with water, electric, and sewer. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. There are many benefits to seasonal camping such as not having to tow a camper, nor spend precious time setting up and taking down camp.

From ever-popular events such as candy bingo, wagon rides, pool-side fun and our all new foam parties which are non-stop fun, there is always something for your entire family to enjoy. When you stay at Cannon Falls Campground in Cannon Falls, MN, you'll be near lots of fun things to do. Lake Byllesby Beach is a popular spot to relax and have fun on spacious Lake Byllesby Reservoir in Lake Byllesby Regional Park. When closed, wading in the water and sand play is permitted unless otherwise indicated.

Great family campground! Just the right size and had everything you would need on site. I camped for the weekend and for the first time ever arrived alone without my kids to help me park my camper. I asked for and received help from the owners without hesitation. Other campers (both weekend and permanent) were all very nice and everyone respected quiet times. Sites were large enough and although I was there late in the season and without children, it looked like there was plenty to do for all ages.

We camped here over a weekend (Sat/Sun) in late September while in MN for a family wedding. The campground is clean, set up well, and the clientele observes quiet hours, which tells us that the place is well-run.
The site was ample and level, and the water and electric easy to access. Nearly all sites had some shade. The people in the store were helpful when we were asking for recommendations as to where to buy a replacement spare trailer tire (blowout on the interstate, great fun) and get it mounted on Monday.

We very much enjoyed our Oct weekend here. I checked in and was met by a very nice woman and an adorable infant. Nothing but smiles. Very nice store. Sites are a little close together, but the rules dont let anyone act foolish, so it is a very, very pleasant experience. Very clean and well maintained. The kids seem to love it there. It is leash-dog friendly. My only complaint is that I booked 2 nights and not a week. Hope to return soon.

We had an amazing time at Cannon Falls Campground. We felt like they were truly happy that we were there. The activities were amazing and kept my kids busy! We tried to participate in as much as we could such as the tractor ride, swimming in the pool, canine police demonstration, and the foam party! We will definitely be back and probably stay longer!

We've been exploring various campgrounds for return camping or potentially seasonal site. I had heard it was a nice place. Family friendly, kid friendly with lots of ways to play and activities. The pool was warm, outdoor movie was great, with popcorn. Very clean, this campground was so impressive to our family, that we reserved same campsite with same dates, even put our name in the wait list for a seasonal site.

This is a very clean facility! We always see people out cleaning up and making sure everything stays nice! The pool is great! As well as the arcade! Lots of activities for the family! We especially loved the foam party! The people who work here are so nice and helpful! Quiet time was definitely enforced. We were going to the bathrooms a little after 11 and saw the security going around on his golf cart. Sites are pretty close together so if you want space and relaxation this might not be the place for you! We will definitely be returning for a few trips next summer! :)

My husband and I camp at Cannon Falls Campground for his family's annual family reunion. The owners and staff are very friendly and considerate when we've needed things. For example, they noticed our firewood was running out and replaced it without us even needing to ask. The grounds and bathrooms are well-kept, and the families that stay there long-term are friendly as well.
As other reviews have said, there are lots of activities for kids. They also have a schedule of special activities and events (located at their main building). This year they had a movie night, a balloon artist, and a boutique

The campground is clean with activities for kids. The pool is a rather nice size and again, clean. Some sites are a bit more tight than others, but as I keep saying, clean, well groomed and equipped with a picnic table and firepit. Above all, the staff/owners are incredibly nice. No matter how busy they were, they always made time to answer your questions or assist in anyway they could. I would definitely recommend this campground to others.
